Lost or stolen phone

If you have lost your phone or your phone has been stolen. Please contact us as soon as possible through our HelpCenter which you can access through www.whimapp.com. This way we can suspend/freeze your Whim-account, so that no-one can use it for travelling.

Once you have retrieved your phone or opened a new phone number you may sign-up again to Whim and we will transfer your previous accounts points back to you for your use.
